Hello Fiddleheads, you are in my heart the best group at AGT. I had to agree with the judges about the song choice. From your response it seems you chose that song strongly from listening to other’s opinion. Kudos on stepping out of the comfort zone, even it did not work this time. Your acoustic folk setting does excel on fresh down-to-earth instrumentation, but also pose a limited dynamics. I believe that’s what all the judges were talking about, just in different ways. Anyway, you are my favorite among the contestants, and I hope to see your shows in LA some time. Best luck to you.
